Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging and components.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All approved returns are subject to a $200 restocking fee. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your return. If approved, a refund will be issued, less the applicable restocking fee and return freight charges.

Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return, please contact us by phone or email so we can arrange return shipping.

To help prevent damage during transit, all returned items must be packaged in their original packaging materials and containers. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping, packaging, and handling charges are non-refundable.

JMG Systems LLC - Limited Warranty

JMG Systems LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its seating products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Because our seats are designed for long distance comfort, daily use, and family travel, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every seat we manufacture.

Warranty Coverage Period

Structural Components

JMG Systems LLC warrants the structural components of its seating products for a period of three (3) years or 36,000 miles from the original invoice date, whichever occurs first.

Structural components include:

• Seat frame structure
• Welds and mounting structures
• Reclining and adjustment mechanisms
• Integrated Seat Belt
• Armrests
• Seat track assemblies
• Seat base structures

Upholstery & Foam

JMG Systems LLC warrants upholstery stitching and molded foam against manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years or 36,000 miles from the original invoice date, whichever occurs first.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in:

• Materials
• Manufacturing workmanship
• Structural integrity of covered components
• Mechanical functionality of covered components

At its sole discretion, JMG Systems LLC will repair or replace any product determined to be defective under the terms of this warranty.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic aging, wrinkles, or material softening
• Fading or discoloration from sunlight or environmental exposure
• Damage caused by improper installation
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Damage caused by moisture, water intrusion, excessive humidity, salt exposure, or harsh environmental conditions
• Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, or cargo
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Labor costs for removal or reinstallation
• Shipping or freight damage
• Commercial, fleet, rental, or shuttle vehicle use unless approved in writing by JMG Systems LLC
• Products used outside their intended vehicle applications

Installation Requirements

Improper installation, modification, or use of non-approved mounting hardware may void this warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Original invoice number
• Vehicle information
• Description of the issue
• Photographs showing the concern

JMG Systems LLC reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

JMG Systems LLC shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component at the sole discretion of JMG Systems LLC.
