Shipping Policies:
 
We strive to have your order ready to ship within
(15) business days of payment receipt, however there may be occasions when an order will take longer to prepare for shipping. We will notify you when this happens. 
 
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided or it is changed at a later date, JMG Systems LLC cannot be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred to re-route the shipment. The customer will be billed any additional charges incurred.


Note we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or acts beyond our control. 

 

Return Policies:
Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
 
There is a $200 restocking fee. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a refund check minus the $200 restocking fee will be mailed to you within 3 business days. Note: the return freight charges will be deducted from the balance of your returned item. 
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Shipping Returns
To return your product, please call or e-mail us and we will arrange to have the item picked up. Please package the item in the original container and packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transport.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returned item as it will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Packaging & Handling fees are non-refundable.
