Sprinter owners, we heard you! Over the past several years, many of you have asked us at adventure van shows when we would offer a true captain's chair solution for the driver and passenger seats. We're excited to announce that they're finally here—the Cruiser Front Seats with our new Sprinter Adapter Kit for VS30 and NCV3 Sprinters.

The Cruiser Front Seats feature a unique frame specifically engineered for front seat applications and built for life on the road. Designed with long-distance comfort in mind, these seats include ergonomic design with built-in lumbar support, an adjustable headrest, and two self leveling armrests that provide exceptional comfort and support while driving.

  • Are there any color options?

    As of July 2026, we now offer the Cruiser front seats in a Black and mid Gray color, both in a vinyl material. 

  • Will these seats work w/ my "Factory swivel base"?

    Yes, please reference the pictures shown in the collage above. There are pictures of Cruiser front seats mounted on factory swivels.

  • Are Heaters available?

    Yes, heating elements can be added to the seat and lower back area as an upgrade option, but it is not compatible with the factory control. The heaters are supplied with a complete wiring harness, control switch, and fuse and are designed to connect to a 12Vdc power source that is active only when the van is running and de-energized when the engine is off.

  • Will the heaters work w/ factory control controls?

    The heaters need a 12VDC power source to operate. The factory heater controls use a fancy CAN Bus system that we cannot support.

  • My partners feet dangle can the Cruiser seat be set lower than the factory seat?

    Yes! If you watch this YouTube video, skip ahead to 9:25. You’ll see a short woman who is 4'10" sitting in the passenger seat with both feet comfortably flat on the floor.


  • Will the Cruiser seat work with an aftermarket swivel?

    Yes, if you already have 3rd party aftermarket swivels that mount between the factory seat base and the factory front seats, then it will work with our Cruiser front seat + the Sprinter adapter kit. 

  • Will my Air Bag Light turn on after the front seat upgrade?

    If you follow our installation instructions, the Air Bag warning light will NOT illuminate after the Cruiser front seats are installed. We have successfully installed numerous Cruiser front seats in Sprinter vans with both power and manual factory seats, with no issues or Air Bag warning lights.


  • Is this seat compatible with the factory 10-way power base?

    We wish we could reuse the factory 10-way power seat base. Unfortunately, the power base assembly and the front seat frame are all integrated into one assembly that is riveted together, and we have no way of separating and reusing the power base. 

  • Is there a Power version of the front seat?

    At this time we do not have a power recline or 10-way power base that will work with our front seat. 

  • Does the Cruiser front seat have the small thoracic airbag like the factory seat?

    No, sorry. The factory airbags are proprietary airbags, and we cannot use or integrate them into our Cruiser front seat.
